How it Works

Become an exquisite member by filling out the Exquisite Member Health Questionnaire ($175/annual fee plus $40 add on options throughout the year). See below for details.

Within 72 hours the health recommendations will be emailed back with options for you to choose from. This will include prescription medication/refill options, lab tests, preventative health recommendations, etc. (We are able to refill most medications previously prescribed, with the exception of controlled substances for pain/anxiety.)

Pay for service through easy secure checkout.

Prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy and lab test/X-ray orders will be sent with instructions on where to go next.

**We do not bill insurance, but receipt may be submitted to your HSA, HRA, or FSA for reimbursement.**​​

Free preventative screening orders 24/7. Just fill out the health questionnaire; request order for mammogram, colonoscopy, or cholesterol testing and submit.

Schedule a telehealth consult. Need a face to face visit? I would love to help you out.

**Note prescription medication, labs and X-rays if needed will be billed separately through the company where you have the tests ran and incur a separate charge. These may be ran through your insurance.**
