My Story

Hi there! My name is Caren Smith, PA-C, and I am thrilled to be a part of your journey towards optimal health and wellness. My goal is to help women more easily obtain access to care, by offering online access to an array of prescriptions, lab/X-ray, Mammograms, and other preventative health options from the comfort of your own home. No scheduling office visits, no waiting rooms. "Lost time is never found again."-Unknown.

A little about me: 

I obtained a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University, graduating with honors in 2006. I am currently working in the fast past emergency departments here in Idaho Falls where I have been for over 10 years. I absolutly enjoy it. I have a love & passion for helping people, especially women, through all aspects of their health. 

My undergrad degree was in professional nursing, where I worked as an RN in Women's Health, Labor & Delivery, newborn nursery, and emergency medicine prior to going back to PA school. 

My husband, a local pharmacist, and I grew up in Southeast Idaho. Our 4 children were born & raised here as well. We have lived in the Boise area and currently reside in Idaho Falls.

About the business: 
Exquisite Women’s Healthcare Online was created out of a desire to make the lives of women easier. No scheduling, no office visits, no waiting rooms. It allows the ability to get quick access to an array of prescription medications as well as lab, x-rays, and prevenative health such as; cholesterol screeing, mammograms, & colonoscopies when needed.  My commitment to you is to be here with whatever healthcare needs you may have arise.  My business initially started out as a skin care and anti-aging business for women, as time has gone on I found that I have a genuine love for helping women be able to feel confident and good about themselves in all areas of life. I feel that self care and life balance are essential to happiness. When our health starts to feel off it makes keeping that self care and life balance difficult. My goal is to make it fast and convenient for women to get preventative health screening tests and reach there optimum health level with easy online access. I would love to hear from you with any requests or suggestions that you might have to add to this site.  I truly believe that empowered women, empower women and thank you in advance for entrusting me with your care.
